Prior to his time at Twin Oaks, Terry and his wife Tammy served as Pastor of Family Life Ministries for eleven years in OH. 

Terry is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University with studies at Temple Baptist Seminary and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

He writes a daily blog entiled Seeds of Faith.
